Integration with Employee Information Systems (EIS)

Managed Apple IDs

Managed Apple IDs function similarly to Apple IDs but are designed specifically for organizations and are owned and managed by the organization to help improve employee productivity and provide services users may need. These accounts are separate from personal Apple IDs that users create for themselves and can separate organizational data from personal data through comprehensive management controls.

This also includes role management and, in some cases, password resets. Since the introduction of electronic business tools years ago, many companies have purchased iPads as electronic business tools. However, many older iPad models are beginning to struggle with supporting the latest business applications. If your old iPads are facing the following issues, it might be time for companies to consider trading in old iPads for new ones:

Insufficient Storage Space

Many companies need to install e-books or e-learning applications, and 32GB of storage space is not enough to support business operations. It is recommended that iPads have at least 64GB or more storage space.

Battery Aging Issues

iPad battery life deteriorates with usage. If old iPads run out of battery quickly or cannot support half a day of use, they are not sufficient for business operations and may need to be replaced.

Latest iPadOS Incompatible with Device

Many AR business applications such as Reality Composer require iPads to be updated to the latest iPadOS 17 to access the newest features or even to be used at all.
